Gymtots class is a fun class for under 5's to come along with their grown up to explore, climb, roll and jump using props and themes. Dance, sing, tumble and laugh !

P4-7 Pom & Cheer (Weekly)

Pom dance working on sharp motions, precise formations and powerful performances this class combines elements of jazz and cheer with use of poms. This class is recreational and non-competitive working towards performances for end of year show.

Age limit 7 to 11

Beginner Aerial (Weekly)

Learn to soar, spin and defy gravity in our aerial hoop and silks classes. This unique and specified class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of aerial arts using both hoop and silks. Students will learn how to safely climb, pose, wrap and flow.

Age limit 6 to 9

P4-7 Disco Freestyle (Weekly)

Disco Freestyle is a fun recreational class working on technique, stamina, and dance combos. Focusing on kicks, leaps, spins and jumps. Students will work towards annual end of year summer show and Christmas floor presentation.

Age limit 8 to 12

Level 2 Aerial Hoop (Weekly)
