By enrolling in classes, programs, events, or activities offered by Desert Tumbling (“Desert Tumbling,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrollment & Participation
Enrollment in Desert Tumbling classes reserves a space for the participant.
Participation is subject to completion of all required waivers, forms, and payments.
Desert Tumbling reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety, behavioral, or policy-related reasons.
2. Tuition & Payments
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis, not per class.
Prorated tuition is not offered for partial months, late starts, absences, illness, vacations, holidays, or gym closures.
Monthly tuition is due on or before the last day of the preceding month.
Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, suspension of participation, or loss of enrollment.
3. Refunds & Credits
All tuition and fees are non-refundable once the month has begun.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, early withdrawal, or unused sessions.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
4. Withdrawal & Enrollment Changes
Written notice must be provided before the start of a new month to discontinue enrollment.
Failure to notify Desert Tumbling may result in charges for the upcoming month.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in tumbling and related activities involves inherent risks, including injury.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in Desert Tumbling’s Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.
6. Conduct & Safety
Participants and spectators must follow all gym rules and staff instructions.
Desert Tumbling reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
7. Policy Modifications
Desert Tumbling reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
