1. Notice of Cancellation:
- We require a one-month notice if your dancer decides not to continue with classes.
- Failure to provide the required notice will result in charges for the subsequent month.
2. Fee Policy:
- All fees paid for dance classes are non-refundable.
3. Late Payment Fee:
- A late payment fee of 10% will be added to the outstanding amount if your invoice remains unpaid for more than one month.
4. Dress Code:
- All dancers must adhere to the following dress code:
- Dancers should come to class in a uniformed attire, such as a black Dynamix t-shirt/hoodie or a black leotard/any black clothing.
- Hair must be properly secured and kept away from the face.
- Jazz, Acro, and Contemporary dancers should wear leggings/shorts to enable effective correction and guidance.
- Street dancers can wear tracksuit bottoms/leggings/shorts, preferably in black to maintain uniformity.
- Ballet students have specific dress requirements:
- Minis/Juniors: Black skirted leotard, pink tights or ballet socks, black cardigan, pink canvas ballet shoes, and hair in a ballet bun.
- Inter/Seniors: Black leotard, pink tights, pink canvas ballet shoes, and hair in a ballet bun.
- Boys: Black cap-sleeved leotard, leggings/shorts, and black ballet shoes.
Code of Conduct:
1. Respectful Behavior:
- We expect all students to treat other students and teachers with respect, politeness, and kindness as teachers treat students.
- Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Respect for Teachers:
- Parents are expected to treat our teachers with respect.
- In the event of disrespectful behavior towards our teachers, the dancer will not be allowed to attend classes.
Additional Terms:
1. Communication:
- Parents are responsible for providing any changes in circumstances regarding medical or contact details that may affect their child's participation in classes.
- Parents must promptly inform Amy (point of contact) in case of any problems or issues.
2. Uniform Compliance:
- Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is dressed in the correct uniform and footwear for each class.
3. Bullying Policy:
- Bullying will not be tolerated at Dynamix Dance School.
- If a student is found to be involved in bullying another pupil, the parent will be asked to leave the school immediately.
By enrolling your child at Dynamix Dance School, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of enrollment.
