You must not use the Website or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. By using the Website or enrolling in our classes, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Website and/or Services immediately.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website or Services following any changes will be deemed acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.
2. Class Enrolment and Payment Terms
· All classes at Galaxy Dance & Gymnastics Ltd are invoiced and payable termly.
· Invoices are issued for the full term, regardless of attendance, and are not prorated.
· Invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of receipt.
· If full payment is not received within 30 days, a late payment fee of 10% of the invoice total will be applied.
· Failure to settle overdue accounts may result in the suspension or cancellation of your child’s place.
3. Cancellation Policy
· A minimum of two weeks’ written notice is required to cancel your child’s enrolment.
· These two weeks are chargeable, whether or not your child attends during that period.
· If written notice is not provided, we will assume your child is continuing with their place.
· In such cases, invoices will continue to be issued and will remain payable for current and future terms until two weeks’ notice is received and served.

4. The Services
The Website may include communication tools such as email forms, class timetables, newsletters, and booking systems. These Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
5. Child Supervision
