HD Dance StudiosTerms and Conditions of Attendance

By enrolling in and attending classes at HD Dance Studios, students and/or parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Enrolment

  • All students must complete a registration form before attending classes. Provided at the studio. 

  • A signed registration form must be returned to HD Dance Studios prior to, or at the latest by, the student’s first class.

  • HD Dance Studios reserves the right to refuse or suspend participation if a signed registration form has not been received.

2. Attendance

  • Enrolment in classes is ongoing unless notice of withdrawal is given in accordance with these terms.

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time to ensure safe and effective participation.

3. Notice of Leaving a Class

  • A minimum notice period of [e.g. 4 weeks / one calendar month] is required if a student wishes to leave a class or withdraw from HD Dance Studios.

  • Notice must be provided in writing (email or written letter).

  • All fees are payable in full during the notice period, whether or not the student attends classes.

4. Fees and Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full and on time as agreed at enrolment.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension from classes until the account is brought up to date.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Uniform and Dress Code

  • All students must wear the correct HD Dance Studios uniform for their class at all times.

  • Correct uniform is required for safety reasons, including appropriate footwear and secure hair styling.

  • Students who are not dressed appropriately may be asked to sit out of class if their attire is deemed unsafe.

6. Health, Safety, and Injury

  • Dance is a physical activity and carries an element of risk.

  • Students participate at their own risk, and HD Dance Studios is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Any existing injuries, medical conditions, or changes to health must be disclosed to the studio.

7. Behaviour and Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and other students.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from class or termination of enrolment without refund.

8. Class Changes and Cancellations

  • HD Dance Studios reserves the right to change class times, teachers, or timetables where necessary.

  • Classes may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances; where possible, notice will be given.

9. Photography and Video

  • From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional or educational purposes.

  • Please notify the studio in writing if you do not consent to photography or video recording.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • Enrolment, attendance, and submission of a signed registration form constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions
