TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT:

1. Registration fee is non-refundable. $60 per family is payable before commencement in any class and must accompany your enrolment form. If we have not received your enrolment forms and registration fee we are unable to allow you to take part in any class.

2. Please note that Ignite Dance Company fees are preferably payable by bank transfer.

3. Ignite Dance Company is divided into four terms (Term duration may differ)

4. At the start of each term Ignite Dance Company will issue an invoice for all fees. Fees are due and payable by the date on the invoice.

5. Any students with outstanding fees will NOT be able to participate in any event until fees are finalised. Costumes will not be released until all outstanding fees are paid up to date and costumes are paid for in full.

6. Dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries could arise, Ignite Dance Company and Instructors are NOT LIABLE for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to personal property.

7. Ignite Dance Company will NOT run classes on public holidays.

8. I give permission for Ignite Dance Company to photograph/ video tape myself/ my child during performances, classes and any other event, and also use any student’s photos or videos for promotional use.

10. I understand and agree that all choreography and altered music is the property of Ignite Dance Company. If a student wishes to use the studios choreography or music in any exhibits, shows or competitions, permission must be granted by the choreographer of that class.

11. Costs of Recovery - The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by Ignite Dance Company in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement. You agree to be liable for and indemnify Ignite Dance Company. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.
