1. Invoices will be emailed out a month before the start of a new term with payment due at the beginning of each term for our pre-school classes ( Melody Bear Little Bear Feet Classes, Children aged 18 months - 3 years). If joining part way through a term then invoices will be emailed out once confirming to join after a free trial class with payment due within 14 days. Invoices will be calculated on a 1/2 termly basis. 
  2. All other classes from the Melody Bear Movement and above will be calculated on a monthly basis.
  3. Payment will be taken online for the classes via stripe. If wishing to pay another way please do contact Kathryn to discuss.
  4. If wishing to leave the classes then a months written notice is required and the fee adjusted accordingly.
  5. KHDA reserves the rights to increase fees where appropriate with enough notice given to customers in advance.
  6. Absent classes will still be paid for and not refunded. In the event KHDA has to cancel a class then Kathryn will look to reschedule an extra class or a refund will be given.
  7. It is sometimes necessary to correct positions physically due to the nature of dance teaching. This is conducted with professionalism. 
  8. Please notify Kathryn of any medical issues or learning difficulties that may affect your child's learning. This way strategies can be put into place.
  9. Uniform and footwear can be purchased through KHDA.
  10. Photos & Videos will be taken from time to time during class time or when participating in a show to promote KHDA and its classes. If you wish for your child or as a student to not be part then please do let Kathryn know.
