Enrolments are confirmed once registrations are received and approved by the academy. Enrolments roll over from year to year. Notice of withdrawal is to be sent to [email protected]
Cancellation of any lessons, or full withdrawal from the academy before the completion of the year will incur a penalty of 4 weeks full price tuition fee per class.
There is a yearly registration fee of $40.00, this fee includes administration, music licencing and public liability insurance. This fee is applicable annually by the calendar year and is strictly non-refundable, including for change of mind. For existing students’ registration fees will be deducted mid-January and for new students, upon enrolment.
Any changes to contact details can be completed in your parent portal, it is the enrolling parent’s responsibility to keep student details current.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds given for absences, family holidays or change of mind.
The Academy must be informed of any medical or other conditions of the dancer that the parent / guardian deems important for staff to be aware of. This includes all allergies, physical conditions, and mental health conditions. Any medical conditions that require individual medical action plans must be submitted to [email protected] at the time of registration.
Customers will be sent a link via email to set up their account securely with GoCardless, payments to be made from a Bank Account.
By default, payments will be triggered weekly. The Academy will then send a confirmation email with the amount to be deducted and the frequency to ensure payment is completed in full before the end of the current year.
Any additional costs (such as exams, costumes, competitions etc) will be invoiced separately from fees and are due by the due date on the invoice. If for any reason your transaction fails, you will be charged an additional $5.00 Failed Transaction Fee & Admin Fee to your next payment.
The Academy does not accept responsibility for supervising students before and after their designated class times.
The Academy accepts no responsibility for any injury caused during activities at the studio or any associated performance/competitions. It is the responsibility of the individuals or parent/guardians to ensure that the enrolled student is physically and medically fit for class and performance.
In the event of an accident /injury whilst involved in dance activities, Kristy Rose Academy of Dance has the parent/guardian’s permission to administer required medical treatment/assistance to an enrolled student. If an ambulance is required, the enrolling parent agrees to incur any and all costs associated with the ambulance call and any and all subsequent treatment.
