For the Academic Year from September 2024 – August 2025
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions which PAVE and all customers must agree to. By participating in our classes you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Please familiarise yourself with them prior to taking your first class. The document details classes, fees payments and notices, refunds, cancellations, and health and injury.

1. 1. TRIAL
LESSONS
-We offer a three week trial for any of our classes for £12.00
-Parents and Guardians must provide correct and up to date contact and health
information as requested.
-If a child is unable to take part in the trial, further trial lessons can be
arranged on a different date.
2. 2. FEES,
PAYMENTS AND NOTICES
Children’s Classes
-Once a trial period is completed and full enrolment is decided, you will be
-Once enrolled, for the remainder of the month you will pay the actual amount
of lessons remaining.
-45 minute classes (including tots) are worked out at the value of £5.25 per
class.
-60 minute classes are worked out at the value of £6.00 per class.
-Typical monthly payments are due monthly via a pro rata method of payment over
12 months. The value of the class is multiplied by 41 weeks, then divided by 12
months.
All customers must pay via GoCardless.
Any failed payments will incur a £5.00 admin fee.
-We require a four week notice period for withdrawing from lessons. Any
outstanding lessons that have been paid for after the notice period is served
will be refunded.
3. 3. REFUNDS
-Refunds may be issued in the event of cancelled classes or long term absence
through injury or illness. This will only be if a make up class can not be
arranged.
-Refunds cannot be issued for absences, holidays, school trips, school exams or
short term sickness or injury. Where possible, students may be able to join in
another class to make up for absence.
4. 4. CANCELLATIONS
-Occasionally it is necessary to cancel or postpone classes. When this occurs,
we will notify parents and guardians via email and text with as much notice as
possible.
-In this circumstance our first priority will be to reschedule the class,
however where this is not possible refunds will be issued.
5. 5. HEALTH
AND INJURY
-Pupils participate in lessons at their own risk and parents and guardians are
obliged to inform PAVE of any existing injuries or medical conditions. We must
be notified immediately of any changes by the parent, guardian, or pupil.
-Pupils must wear suitable footwear and clothing at all times, including PAVE
uniform where applicable.
-If a pupil is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, first
aid treatment will be administered by the nominated first aider. The emergency
contacts will be contacted as soon as possible.
- PAVE Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a student to leave if
theteacher believes they are not fit to participate.
-Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that emergency contact
details are up to date at all times.
-Students are welcome to watch their class if they are injured or another
illnesswhich is not contagious.
5A. APPROPRIATE TOUCH
- For health and safety reasons and to ensure we can support the correct alignment
and development of dancers, our staff may use appropriate touch. We will always
ask permission and we will use touch only when necessary and appropriate.
6. 6. VENUE
- Lessons will take place at PAVE Dance, Unit E, Radclyffe Court, M24 2QA. Any
damage to the building will be at a cost to the person/s responsible.
-PAVE Dance cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items
whilst attending their class or on the property.
7. 7. For any child leaving the site to walk home, we must receive permission via our online consent form by a parent/guardian.
