Liability Waiver

I, the parent/guardian realize that participation in dance classes could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (child/ren and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Protégé Dance Company. I/we agree to release and hold harmless Protégé Dance Company including its staff members and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Protégé Dance Company liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after dance classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behaviour in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Protégé Dance Company.I/we understand that Protégé Dance Company is licensed, accredited and insured. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after dance classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Artistic Director or staff members as soon as possible.
I agree to the Terms & Conditions. I have carefully reviewed the LIABILITY WAIVER and acknowledge that I fully understand and agree to the terms as set out in the link. I hereby acknowledge that I am signing this WAIVER voluntarily.

Registration Fee

Before September 1st - A $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE annual registration fee is required per family (including adults) upon registration. 

September 1st onwards - A $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE annual registration fee is required per student/adult upon registration. 

Annual Registration Fee is applicable to all recreational, competitive and adult students.

Photo/Video/Media Release

I, the parent/guardian hereby authorize Protégé Dance Company and community events that Protégé Dance Company participates in, to use, reproduce, and/or publish photos and video footage in various publications, public releases, recruitment material, or other related endeavours of my daughter(s)/son(s). Please email the office if you do not wish to authorize the Photo/Video/Media Release. 

Refund Policy

Fees paid to Protégé Dance Company are NON-REFUNDABLE. Fees will not be refunded for: missed classes, inclement weather, fire, flood, earthquakes, pandemic and/or any acts of god. I hereby understand the Refund Policy at Protégé Dance Company.
