Fees
- Fees are paid termly, on or before the first day of each term
- Fees cannot be deducted or refunded in the event of student absence
- Fees are subject to change on a yearly basis

Class
- Please ensure your child has visited the toilet before attending class. In case your child does need the bathroom during class it is a good idea to take some time at home to practice working with leotards and skirts as these can be tricky for young students. Of course RGDA staff will always be on hand if any child does need assistance
- Ballet pumps and uniform to be changed into before entering the dance hall
- Parents/guardians to remain outside the hall while children are participating in class. Open days are held twice a year so family can come and see the progress students are making
- Students may only bring a water bottle into the hall if their class is one hour or longer. It is not needed for a 45-minute class
- To facilitate a smooth transition between classes, please adhere punctually to class times
- Please report any illnesses/injuries to the teacher before class begins.
- If your child is suffering from any contagious illness please keep them at home
- If your child has a medical condition that requires them to keep medication on them, for example asthma, this must be brought into the hall with them
- Due to the nature of dance training, a teacher will sometimes need to make physical contact with a student to correct the student's position, or guide the student's movement. This is elaborated on in the RGDA Child Protection Policy.
RGDA respectfully reserves the right to terminate a student's place in the event of the following:
- Unpaid fees
- If a student displays disruptive or harmful behaviour towards staff members or other students
- If a staff member or student is treated in an abusive manner by a parent/guardian
- If a student fails to adjust to the discipline and etiquette of ballet class
