- Fees are payable by the half term and due no later than the
second class of the half term.
- Fees are to be paid to account name Sunderland Ballet CIC
account number 67264876 sort code 089299 with the student’s name as reference, or can be paid by card.
- A half term’s notice must be given if students wish to
leave.
- Sunderland Ballet reserves the right to increase fees at any
time due to increases in running costs, VAT incursion or other unforeseen
circumstances.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn for classes.

- Sunderland Ballet accepts no liability for loss or damage to
property.
- Sunderland Ballet accepts no liability for injury or
illness. Participants are asked to check with their doctor before beginning a
new physical activity and proceed sensibly and within their own physical
capabilities.
- Students details and personal information are collected and
stored by Sunderland Ballet in line with GDPR.
- Students are sometimes filmed and photographed either as an
educational resource or as a promotional tool. Please indicate your preference when registering. Please note that opting out of film and
photographs may put the student at a disadvantage during shows etc.
- Teachers at Sunderland Ballet are First Aid trained and
happy to provide medical assistance in the case of emergency.
- Sunderland Ballet and its teachers hold Public Liability
Insurance, enhanced DBS certificates, First Aid certificates and Child Protection
training.
- All policies (child protection and safeguarding, health and
safety, COVID mitigation, code of conduct and student behaviour) are available
on request.
- Behaviour which breaks our code of conduct may result in
immediate dismissal.
- The teacher’s decision is final in matters such as exam
entry and performance casting.
- Enrolling at Sunderland Ballet demonstrates your acceptance
