GDPR - It is necessary for administrative and health and safety (Emergency) purposes for us to collect and store and have easy access to parents and children’s personal details. By enrolling at AAPA/AAGC/Mac the Monkey you accept that we need and will store your personal data on a secure 3rd Party administration platform(Class Manager) as you need to fill in the online registration form. Any information which is stored will be held on the 3rd party database / encrypted secure server. Upon notice of termination of your place at AAPA/AAGC/Mac the Monkey we will ensure that you are removed from our database within 12 weeks and that your personal contact details which may have been stored are deleted.
