Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of2024, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Adrenaline Academy of the Arts is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.

To withdraw from a class, one weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to [email protected] Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than one week.

All classes are invoiced and payable by Direct Debit on a Fortnightly basis. All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details in the parent portal by the end of Week 2 unless payment is made in advance
If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via Direct Deposit,Cash or EFTPOS, CreditCard at the Studio.

I understand that any payments made via DirectDebit as the payment method incur a $0.99bank account or 1.99% visa or

a $35 per student registration fee will be charged to term 1 invoice unless paid in advance. concert packages worth $100 will be

split over term 3 and 4 ($50each term) - ITIS NON-REFDUNDABLE

Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the

end of Week 2, or a direct debit payment fails in 2consecutive weeks.

Students will not be able to participate in any Adrenaline Academy of the Arts events if account is not. up to date and there are

any outstanding amounts owed on account.

Adrenaline Academy of the Arts reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a DebtCollection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.

I hereby absolve adrenaline academy of the arts from any liability in the event of any injury to my child. I give adrenaline academy of the arts permission to seek medical attention at the time of accident or serious illness.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

RELEASEOFLIABILITY

I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or videoed whilst participating in adrenaline academy of the arts activities and I

consent to these photos/ videos being used for publicity purposes. - I will not hold adrenaline academy of the arts liable for any loss of property.

Absences

If you or your child is absent, class fees are still payable. A makeup lesson is available in any class that is suitable. This lesson must be organised within 7 days of missed lesson. If you or your child is expected to be away for an extended period of time term fees may be paused with written notice.
