TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2021

1. Fees are invoiced at either the commencement of each term or month and MUST be paid within two weeks of the invoice issue date. Payments can be made either by EFT or cash (correct amount in an envelope marked with the students details.) 

A late fee of $5/week will be charged if this is not paid on time. 

2.  A non-refundable payment for insurance and registration will be charged at the time of enrolment. Each student will need to enrol at the beginning of each calendar year and pay this fee. The current enrolment fee is $35/student or $45/family.

3.  No parents/guardians/siblings are permitted to stay within the studio at any time during class, unless advised otherwise by our teachers. 

4.  All students should bring a bottle of water with them to class. All mobile phones and devices are to be kept in bags on silent during lessons.

5.  Parents are to collect their child from the studio after each lesson. Teachers are not responsible for the students safety before or after class. Please advise the studio of any family situations we need to be aware of.

6.  All classes must be paid for whether in attendance or not. There are no refunds for missed classes.

7. All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the end of year concert or the student will not be permitted to perform.

8. Alive Dance Academy accepts no responsibility for lost property or valuables. It is best to leave items these at home and not bring them to dancing. 

9. No bullying or disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated at Alive Dance Academy.

10. Any photographs/videos taken during class may be used for advertising/promotion purposes. 

Liability Waiver

I am aware that participating in dance and acrobatic dance involves inherent risks and hazards. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from such risks and hazards. 

I voluntarily agree to release Alive Dance Academy, their employees and/or contractors from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I or my next of kin, successors or dependents may suffer or incur as a result of participation due to any cause whatsoever. 

As the Parent or Guardian if I cannot be contacted, I authorise Alive Dance Academy to seek medical services in case of serious injury or illness. I further agree to accept financial responsibility in excess of the benefits allowed by my health plan. 

I understand that Alive Dance Academy, employees and/or contractors will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property, or for any bodily or personal injury consisting of or arising out of any participation in any physical training or athletic activity.
