T&C’S
These terms and conditions apply to any contract between You and All Star Dance & Fitness Academy in respect of Your participation in any Activity provided by All Star Dance & Fitness Academy.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for an Activity through the Website.
Please note that before registering for an Activity through the Website or otherwise You will be asked to accept these terms and conditions. By paying and confirming a place within an Activity You are confirming Your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. If You do not want to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to register for an Activity with All Star Dance & Fitness Academy.
I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, performance and holiday club there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of All Star Dance classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify All Star Dance & Fitness Academy, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest teachers, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by All Star Dance & Fitness Academy.
I understand that with the nature of these classes, physical contact will be made by All Star Dance & Fitness Academy teachers to correct posture, assist lifts, stunts or gymnastic tricks.
All Instructors hold a full DBS licence and First aid certificate. Instructors are all fully Qualified and hold a Teaching Qualification with the IDTA (international Dance Teaching Association). By agreeing, you are allowing permission to guide your child for the correct technique, which may mean handling your child (correct posture, cartwheel etc.).
First aid kits are always available in all venues and classes. By agreeing you are allowing the instructor to administer the appropriate first aid if needs to be given, please note on the medial information section if your child is allergic to platers etc. School and Nursery settings have designated First aider to hand.
I also grant permission for myself and/or my child to be photographed and videoed in class or during performances. Photos and videos can be used for publicity purposes including social media and website. If you or your child do not want to be involved in photos or videos, then please make your class teacher aware of this or note in on the questionnaire provided. We are committed to only using photos and videos less than 2 years old or whilst you or your child remain with the school. In a Nursery or school setting, the instructor will not have their phones on them other for emergencies. Photos by any circumstances will be taken unless consent has been given by parent and is for marketing or rehearsal purposes.
I agree to be contacted by All Star Dance & Fitness Academy via emails, text message, phone, for promotional details, invoices, school information, emergency and any other important information regarding the dance school. Following the new GDPR data protection guidelines 2018.We must ensure that the correct Guidelines are in place. You must agree that we hold some of your personal details such as name, date of birth, medical information and information regarding payments. All information is stored correctly, within the guidelines and are held by Charlotte Ward and Jade Simpson. Emergency contact details are held by both principals and any instructor/s which are present in the lesson, this will be used for emergencies only. We use your Personal Information to send out information regarding classes and payment. This is our way of contacting you about cancelled classes, illness etc. Your data can also be used for marketing purposes, with exams and performance licences. By agreeing you are allowing us to store your information for 2 years or more, and that you agree that the above information can be kept by All-star dance and fitness academy. You have the Option to 'opt in' or 'opt out', however this will mean we are unable to contact you in a emergency and you will not receive any information from All Star Dance and fitness Academy.
I understand that payment for class/es must be paid via monthly subscriptions on 1st of each month. No refunds will be given, unless exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of the principal. If you or your child decide to stop attending any classes, you must complete the request form on google forms by (and including) the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
Refunds for classes/ holiday club will not be given if chosen not to attend. It is under the principal’s discretion to decide this, or if any government bodies decided if a class or club should close (public health announcement - Covid 19.
HOLIDAY CLUB ONLY – Payment MUST be paid in full when booking. If your unable to attend, 48-hour notice must be given to receive a full refund or transfer of a session.
Online Transactions
We use secure payment facilities for all online purchases provided by Class Manger, Book When and Gym Catch. Your payment details such as credit card details are entered in a secure payment gateway handle, Stripe.
The system for taking payments and capturing your entry data is provided by a third party. They are acting as our agent and payments made will initially go to Stripe before the payment is cleared to All Star Dance & Fitness Academy.

I understand that the correct uniform is required. Please ask your teacher for more information. You understand the correct uniform is worn to the appropriate class, with hair fully tied back of the face and jewellery must not be removed, unless told otherwise.
I understand that the correct level of behaviour and discipline should be given in classes, therefore if any disruptive behaviour is given you will be asked to leave, and a refund will not be given. Students will be expected to conduct themselves in the correct manner and should be respectful to all teachers and fellow students. We strictly prohibit any form of bullying at All Star Dance and Fitness Academy.
I understand to make the teacher aware if another member is collecting my child or if you are giving permission for your child to walk home. The instructor should be made aware at the start of any class or, for any after-school club an email or text message should be sent prior the session. The school receptionist can also take note of this also.
I understand that any questions or concerns I may have will be either to either Principal, Jade or Charlotte. Please do not contact us via our individual/personal social media accounts for this. ([email protected]) If you would like to see any of our policies please ask a member of our team.
I understand and agree to follow the correct guidelines for Covid-19. On arrival and pick up, face masks will need to be worn, and hand sanitiser and temperature check will be given when entering the class. If your child is showing any signs of the following symptoms of Covid -19 you/your child may not attend class/s and you must make the teacher aware. Please note in the event of National Lockdown, all classes will automatically be transferred online to 'Zoom' This applies to all Academy and in school sessions.
All Star Dance and Fitness Academy is not responsible for any loss or damage of lost property, mobile phones, tablets or other personal items.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by all Participants. Accordingly, All Star Dance & Fitness Academy upholds the relevant data protection principles and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
