ABOUT US

The Amanda Holland School of Dance is committed to providing quality dance tuition in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Classes are held in all aspects of Theatre Dance including Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Musical Theatre, Street, Acrobatic Arts, Cheerleading and Contemporary. Pupils are regularly entered into IDTA examinations with a 100% pass rate and the School succeeds in training children and adults for social achievement, the professional theatre and teacher training. We offer performance experience through our bi-annual shows and participation in Festivals around the area. We thrive on a policy of hard work, achievement and a happy atmosphere.

STAFF

All teachers are IDTA qualified or equivalent, DBS checked and hold First Aid and Safeguarding Certificates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

How You Pay

The Amanda Holland School of Dance operates for 40 weeks of the year.  Please check our website and Parent Portal for term dates.  We calculate your payments as follows:

Cost of Weekly Class multiplied by 40 divided by 12 monthly payments.

Eg. £10 multiplied by 40 = £400 divided by 12 = £33.33

Upon enrolment, you will be asked to set up a GoCardless account with us.  A direct debit for your monthly amount will then be collected on the last day of every month.  You will receive an invoice and a receipt of payment for your personal records.

If your child decides they no longer wish to attend classes, a notice period of 1 month must be given during which fees will be due.

1. Classes are paid for as detailed above.

Monthly Fee invoices are emailed at the beginning of each month and collected by direct debit on the last day of every month.

Termly Fee invoices are emailed at the beginning of the term and must be paid within 30 days

Any missed classes must be paid for and can be made up at a later date. Late or missed payments will attract a late payment fee of £5.00

2. Appropriate clothing for dance must be worn in all classes.  Uniform is compulsory for exams (please ask a member of staff if you are unsure what this is).  Hair should be tied back (especially for gymnastics and cheer)

3. No food, chewing gum etc should be eaten during class.
