Photos and videos are taken regularly in classes at AMBIANCE,

As well as at all stage performances, competitions and end of year showcase.

These images and videos may be used for the AMBIANCE Website, Facebook, Instagram, as well as for promotional use.

This waiver states that you will allow your child to be filmed throughout the year at AMBIANCE DANCE COMPANY and used for such materials listed above. I give permission for my child/ren to be filmed and/or photographed.

Throughout the year, including but not limited to end of year showcase, competitions, public performances and class work. These photos remain the intellectual property of Ambiance Dance 

I understand and acknowledge that these images or film clips may be shared publicly and used for advertising, marketing and promotional material including but not limited to print materials, the Ambiance Website and Social Media sites – Instagram, Facebook.
