SECTION 1-FEE PAYMENT
1) Fees are payable on a half termly basis.
2) Fees must be received by the due date or students will not be allowed in the studio. A late fee of 7% will be applied after the due date.
3) If a new student decides to join ADA, they must register on Classmanager. An invoice will then be sent to cover the remaining weeks of the half term.
4) There will be no refunds given if a child is absent from class. Please speak to Miss Millie if the child has a long term injury or illness to discuss.
5) Should a local lockdown fall part way through a half term, no refunds will be given, instead all classes will be moved online
6) If it is necessary to cancel a class due to adverse weather conditions, this class will be rescheduled.
7) The only method of payment is via online. All details are on the invoices emailed out.
SECTION 2- UNIFORM, CLASS TIMING AND ETIQUETTE
1) All students must always wear correct uniform, either IDTA approved or ADA branded. Please speak to Miss Millie if you are unsure of what your child should be wearing.
2) All students must have their hair tied back neatly in a ballet bun or neat ponytail. If a student is wearing inappropriate clothing or hair isn't back they may not be permitted to participate in the class.
3) Students must be on time to class and be picked up promptly. The main door will be locked to ensure we only ever have the safe number of students in the building, so please don't knock, we will open it when it's time.
4) No parents are to enter the building.
5) Please do not send your child to class if they have been contacted by Track and Trace or are unwell in any way.
6) Students are not permitted to use mobile phones in class.
