Terms and Conditions

Your agreement with us on enrolment:

To give half a term’s notice of withdrawal in writing via email to [email protected], or accept to pay half a term’s fees in lieu.

To pay the term’s fees prior to half term. Fees unpaid at the end of half term will accrue 10% interest. Invoices are issued via email before each term.

To equip your child with the necessary articles of clothing and to arrive with hair neatly styled.

That no refunds will be made for classes missed through illness, injury, self-isolation or circumstances out of our control (i.e. weather)

That Amersham Dance Studio is not responsible for lost possessions.

That your child will only be entered for examinations at the discretion of the Principal, with your consent prior to entry.

To pay extra coaching and examination fees when required.

To advise the Principal of any change in address, email or telephone number.

Photo and Filming Consent

From time to time we may like to use class or show photographs on our website, Instagram, Facebook, posters or for advertising the school. We will also use a professional video company to film our shows. To comply with General Data Protection Regulations, we need your permission before we use any photographs or videos we have taken.

If you do not agree for photographs and videos of your child to be used for this purpose you must understand this will exclude them from taking part in our shows.
