Terms and Conditions

UNIFORM

• Please ensure you arrive wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for your class (U18's uniform is ADA UK Zoodie, ADA UK top, black leggings/shorts/jogging bottoms with black jazz shoes) with hair tied back (pony tail/braided/bun).

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION

• Invioces are issued by the start of each half term and are due for payment within 14 days
• Students are automatically re-enrolled for their classes each half term unless you change your booking within the portal or advise us to do so.
  
• Please provide as much notice as possible (min 1 month) if your student is no longer able to attend to give us the opportunity to refill that space.  Failure to provide notice could make you liable to partial or full invoicing for that half term (eg. if class minimum numbers are not reached).

PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT

• Please note that during all public performances, we will assume consent has been provided as we are unable to control or prevent photographs/videos being taken by the public or media.
• We sometimes take photos and/or videos during our dancing activities, but we won’t use images without your permission.
