Terms and Conditions

One months calendar notice is required to drop, pick up or cancel our classes.

Payment is taken from the 11th of the next fee paying month, that is to say you must make one more fee payment after your notice is served. 

Failure to pay may result in debt being passed to a fee collection agency and may result in interest being applied.

If a class is cancelled on behalf of APC Studios the classes will be credited to your account.

Absence of a student won't result in a refund or credit of any classes missed.
