TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APC Studios Terms and Conditions (2026/2027 Academic Year)Fees and Payments

Class fees are divided equally across 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments only cover classes scheduled within the academic year.

Payments are due on the 1st of each fee-paying month.

If payment remains outstanding for more than two weeks, a late payment fee will be applied.

Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in debt recovery procedures being initiated. Any associated collection costs or interest may also be charged.

Trial Classes

New students are welcome to attend a two-week paid trial.

Trial classes are charged at the standard class rate and are not eligible for any discounted pricing.

Cancelling, Dropping or Changing Classes

A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to:

• Cancel classes
• Withdraw from classes
• Reduce the number of classes attended

One final monthly payment will be due after notice has been given.

Attendance and Absence

Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to support their progress and development.

If a student is unable to attend a class, we ask that parents notify APC Studios where possible.

Student absence will not result in a refund, credit or replacement class.

Class Cancellations

If APC Studios cancels a class, the class fee will be credited to the student's account unless a replacement class is offered.

Extreme Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

APC Studios will always make every reasonable effort to continue scheduled classes.

However, classes may occasionally be cancelled, postponed or rearranged because of circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather 
• High Studio Temperatures
• Flooding
• Power outages
• Building issues
• Staff illness
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, advance notice will be provided.

Refunds will not be offered for classes cancelled due to circumstances beyond APC Studios' control.

Behaviour Expectations

All students are expected to:

• Follow instructions from teachers and staff
• Treat others with kindness and respect
• Respect studio equipment and other students' belongings
• Use appropriate language
• Behave in a way that contributes to a safe and positive environment

Bullying, discrimination, harassment and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Mobile phones should only be used when appropriate and with permission.

Students who behave in a way that compromises the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others may receive a warning, and parents may be contacted if necessary.

APC Studios reserves the right to withdraw a student's place immediately if their behaviour is considered unsafe, repeatedly disruptive or inappropriate.

Provided all payments are up to date, accounts will be closed with immediate effect.

Student Collection

Students under the age of 16 should be collected promptly at the end of their class unless prior arrangements have been made. APC Studios cannot accept responsibility for students once they have left the studio premises.

Personal Belongings

Students should avoid bringing valuable items to the studio. APC Studios cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Policy Changes

APC Studios reserves the right to review and amend its policies, procedures and fees. Families will be notified of any significant changes.
