Terms and Conditions for Aspire Dance Company

Welcome to Aspire Dance Company! We are committed to providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all students, parents, and staff. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Walking with Children: Parents or guardians are required to walk their children to and from class. Ensure that your child is escorted to the designated waiting area and picked up promptly at the end of class.
• Waiting for Class: Parents and guardians are welcome to wait for their children during class, but must remain in the designated waiting area. We encourage a quiet and supportive environment while students are in class.

2. Respectful Behaviour

• Respect and Kindness: Aspire Dance Company expects all individuals, including students, parents, and teachers, to demonstrate respectful behaviour at all times. This includes refraining from harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
• Anti-Bullying Policy: We are a zero-tolerance anti-bullying school. Any incidents of bullying, harassment, or intimidation will be addressed promptly and with care by our teachers and staff. If you witness or experience any inappropriate behaviour, we encourage you to bring it to the attention of your child's teacher.

3. Student Guidelines

• Hair: All students must have their hair neatly pulled back and secured for class, ensuring it does not interfere with their movement or vision.
• Dress Code: Students are required to dress in appropriate dance attire for their classes. Midriffs must be covered—no belly buttons should be showing. This helps maintain a professional and respectful environment for all students.

4. Behaviour Expectations

• Appropriate Behaviour: Aspire Dance Company expects appropriate and respectful behaviour from all individuals attending, whether they are students, parents, or visitors. This includes maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards others in the studio and during any related activities.

5. Communication

• Concerns or Issues: If you have any concerns, please feel free to bring them directly to Elise, the owner and lead instructor. Elise is committed to addressing any issues with care and consideration.
