Terms and Conditions

MAKE UP LESSON POLICY: 

1. Notice Requirement: 

To qualify for a make-up class, parents/students must provide at least 3 days' notice before the scheduled lesson. Notice must be sent via email or SMS to [email protected] or 0448 118 321. 

2 .Late Notice: 

If less than 3 days' notice is provided, the lesson will be forfeited. No make-up class will be offered, and the fee will not be credited or refunded. 

3. Scheduling Make-Up Classes: 

Make-up classes will be scheduled based on the teacher's availability. Specific days and times will be offered, but availability is not guaranteed. 

4. No Exceptions: 

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all students and teachers. Please plan accordingly to avoid forfeiting lessons. Thank you for respecting this policy.
