Terms and Conditions
Costume Fees
Costumes range from $60-$200 per costume depending on the class. All costumes will be purchased new and students will keep their costumes after the recital. Students will need to purchase a new costume for each class they are registered in, each semester. Fitting guides and measuring tape will be provided to aide in selecting the correct size by parents. Parents can request a larger sized costume for their child to allow room for growth but must do any costume alterations on their own.
Recital Fee
Each student participating in our recital is required to pay a non-refundable recital fee of $75. The recital fee helps BBT with venue insurance, venue rental, equipment rental, venue cleaning fees, and helps keep the cost of recital costumes and recital tickets as low as possible. Along with the recital fee, students/parents/guardians acknowledge our recital policies and are making a commitment to their teachers and fellow students that they will commit to learning and performing with their classmates on stage.
Registration Fee
Registration fees are per family per year and are an annual required fee unless otherwise stated. Registration fees help keep the cost of tuition as low as possible throughout the academic year. This term's registration fee is $25 per family.
Tuition
Tuition is due at the first week of each month, payments may be made online of brought into the studio if paying by check.

Flamenco Dress Code
Flamenco Skirt (Any style or color)
Black leggings or black athletic shorts may be worn under skirts. (No denim)
Black flamenco shoes. (No street shoes)
Black leotard. (Any style)
No hoodies, bulky jackets, or sweaters.
A light sweater is okay on cold days. (Black preferred)
Hair must be worn in a slicked-back bun or ponytail. (No fly-aways)
No jewelry other than small, studded earrings
DANCER'S PRINTED NAME SHOULD BE ON ALL PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
Ballet Dress Code Girls ages 3-5
Dance leotard (pink in any style, no gymnastic leotards)
Absolutely no undergarments showing (Approved undergarments only, please ask)
Dancers aged 3-5 may wear a solid-colored dance dress or dance skirt (pink in any style)
Pink convertible or footed tights (Bloch, Gaynor Minden or Balera No capri or cut-offs)
Pink ballet shoes with drawstring knotted and taped neatly inside of the shoe (leather or canvas)
No shorts
No hoodies, bulky jackets, or sweaters.
A solid-colored light sweater is okay on cold days
No jewelry
Hair must be slicked back in a bun with pins and hairnet

Ballet Dress Code Girls ages 6+
Purple/Lavender dance leotard
Absolutely no undergarments showing (Approved undergarments only, please ask)
Pink convertible or footed tights (Bloch, Gaynor Minden or Balera
No capri or cut-offs)
Pink ballet shoes with drawstring knotted and taped neatly inside of the shoe (leather or canvas)
No shorts
No hoodies, bulky jackets, or sweaters.
Dance sweaters and leg warmers may be worn during warm-up on cold days (pink or black)
No jewelry other than small stud earrings
Hair must be slicked back in a bun with pins and hairnet

Ballet/Jazz/Tap Dress Code Boys ages 3+
Tight-fitting T-shirt (Black or White)
(Undershirt suggested)
Black boy' s/men's ballet tights, leggings, or bicycle shorts (must wear dance belt)
Black or white ballet shoes (canvas or leather)
Hair must be slicked back and out of the face
No hoodies, bulky jackets, or sweaters.
A light sweater is okay on cold days. (Black preferred)

Jazz, Contemporary, and Tap Dress Code
Leotard or solid colored tight-fitting top (black, purple, blue, red or pink in any style)
Black jazz pants, black leggings, or black jazz shorts. (Please wear black, pink, or tan tights with shorts (Bloch, Gaynor Minden or Balera -can be capri or cut-off for tap and jazz)
Black or tan jazz shoes (Black tap shoes for tap)
Hair must be worn in a slicked-back bun or ponytail. (No fly-aways)
No hoodies, bulky jackets, or sweaters.
A light sweater is okay on cold days. (Black preferred)
No jewelry other than small, studded earrings

Acting Dress Code
Comfortable solid colored top or leotard (black, purple, blue, red or pink in any style- please keep logo's minimal)
Comfortable bottoms students can move in (Jazz pants, athletic pants/shorts or leggings preferred, no pajama bottoms)
No denim
No jewelry other than small, studded earrings
Athletic shoes, ballet shoes, tan, or black jazz shoes may be worn. (No sandals or boots)
No hoodies, bulky jackets, or sweaters.
A light sweater is okay on cold days. (Black preferred)
Hair must be worn securely out of the face.
DANCER'S PRINTED NAME SHOULD BE ON ALL PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
DO NOT –
• BRING FOOD TO CLASS
• CHEW GUM IN OR AROUND THE STUDIO
• ASK FOR PERSONAL ITEMS (HAIR BANDS, HAIR SPRAY, TOE TAPE, ETC.…)
• LEAVE ANY DANCE SHOES OR EQUIPMENT AWAY FROM YOUR DANCE BAG – BRING EVERYTHING, FOR ALL CLASSES, EVERY TIME
• CHECK YOUR MESSAGES DURING CLASS TIME
