Terms and Conditions

All Parents/guardians must inform us of any disabilities, needs and requirements. 

If a child is sick, they must not attend any class within 48 hours of being free of symptoms.

All parents/guardians agree that we are unable to offer a refund for weeks missed by the student due to illness or any other reason. We are unable to refund any classes if deciding to withdraw at any point through the term past the invoice due date.

All Parents/Guardians understand that there will be a £10 charge for late payments when balances are paid after 5 days of the date stated on the invoice. 

Children will not be allowed in to class if fees haven't been settled before their first class of the term. 

We reserve the right to cancel classes in emergencies and move classes to half terms and/or free weeks. Where this is not possible, credit will be applied to customers with the weekly fee, which is then deducted from the following terms invoice. 

All parents/Guardians understand that if class is cancelled due to reasons out of our control (weather etc), then a refund will not be provided for the session. 

All parents/guardians agree to classes moving too Zoom in the event of a Lockdown and refunds will not be given. 

All parents/guardians agree to Enhanced DBS checked teachers assisting children who require assistance to the toilet. 

All parents/guardians agree to Enhanced DBS checked teachers to move/touch their children in to the correct positions when required for dance/learning purposes only. 

All parents/guardians agree to not post or take photos of anybody else's children.
