· Your contact details;

· Information about allergies or any other health problems that may affect your safety;

· Emergency contact details.

And for students under 18:

· Your Date of Birth;

· Name and contact details of your parent/guardian.

If you leave Berkshire & Henley Dance, your personal data will be kept as a record of your time in these classes; you have the right to ask for this information to be deleted. You may also ask to see what information Berkshire & Henley Dance holds about you and to correct anything that is incorrect.

We use photographs and videos to reach out to new dancers. This may be done through our website, blogging, social media, or promotional material. We also may use photos or videos in person to show new dance members examples of our classes.
