Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolment. By submitting this enrolment form, you are agreeing to be bound by the rules and guidelines of the following clauses below.

“BG Performing Arts” refers to BG Performing Arts, it’s representatives, employees, contractors and sub-contractors and shall be read correspondingly.

“You" refers to you, the participant enrolled, or anybody who in BG Performing Arts reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission and "your" shall be read accordingly.

1. The full training fees apply for this course. In agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are obliged to pay all fees in their entirety whether the student completes the course or not.

2. A registration fee of $5.00 will be charged per class with your enrolment. This fee contributes to cover music licenses, public liability, work cover and insurances required to keep all students safe.

3. Uniform fees are an additional expense to class fees and must be purchased from BG Performing Arts. Uniforms are compulsory for all classes and appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Please refer to the uniform requirements on the BG Performing Arts website.

4. BG Performing Arts offers a single payment option via credit card (Surcharges applies), that is received prior to the commencement of term.

5. Under ordinary circumstances, BG Performing Arts will not be compelled to refund training fees unless the course is cancelled or postponed. In such a case, a refund the value of that already paid for training will be extended to the student.

6. Term Fees are set regardless of Public Holiday interferences with the class schedule.

7. BG Performing Arts shall not be liable in damages or otherwise for any failure to comply with the proposed schedule or outcome delivery for events beyond their reasonable control (Force Majeur).

8. BG Performing Arts is not responsible if your personal circumstances change. After the training you have registered for has commenced, all requests for refunds will be declined and there will be no adjustments or refunds for missed classes. Exceptional cases may be subject to further consideration by BG Performing Arts.

9. BG Performing Arts’ training curriculums are subject to change. BG Performing Arts reserves the right to modify course structures and learning outcomes, transfer rehearsal and performance venues, and to replace teachers when necessary, with other, suitably qualified and experienced, industry professionals.

10. While BG Performing Arts has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions and protections to keep students, teachers and staff safe, you enter the venue at your own risk without remedy to claim against the Company regarding health outcomes.

11. All BG Performing Arts training programs involve physical activity. By enrolling in a training program, students will indemnify BG Performing Arts from all liability or responsibility for injury, sickness or accident which may be sustained in the normal participation of classes, rehearsals or performances, not withstanding any negligence by BG Performing Arts personnel.

12. BG Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse any enrolment as permitted by law or to request a participant to leave a class or training program if they are disruptive, consistently late or absent, have not paid their fees or display inappropriate behaviour. Inappropriate behaviour is classified as anything verbal and non-verbal that may be actual or perceived intimidation, harassment, discrimination or abuse.

13. Participants in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be removed from BG Performing Arts classes and ongoing participation may be refused. This will be at BG Performing Arts discretion.
