• BDC Terms and Conditions 

  • A month’s notice is required when a pupil wishes to terminate a class. 

   Eg. If in the middle of October you decide you don’t with to continue in November. Your November payment will be your notice period and your payment will be cancelled once collected. Your child may continue to attend during the notice period. 

   Notice must be given in written form.

  • Refunds are not available for odd missed classes as the class still operates and the pupil retains their place in the group.
  • Class payments are non-transferable.
  • If a class is cancelled dancers will be allowed to participate in another age appropriate class that week. 
  •  Payment is by monthly subscription. Payment will automatically be taken on the last day of the month. 
  • If payments fail more than twice in the due date period a late payment fee of £30 will be added to the total amount to cover administrative costs.
  •  If no response is made on overdue payments, customer will be contacted directly through mobile numbers provided.
  • Pupils must  dress appropriately in BDC merchandise and uniform. 
  • Teaching children in dance requires a sensitive, gentle and careful ‘hands on’ approach.  If you have any queries, or would like to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to speak to Sarah. 

  
  

  Informed Consent and Acknowledgement
  

  I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all Dance activities prepared by Blacklaw Dance Company during the selected Classes. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by BDC, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless BDC and all its respective teachers from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected dance sessions.

  In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against BDC including all teachers and all participants. Please be aware that there is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all dance activities.
