Terms and Conditions

1. Liability

• I agree not to hold bAd responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property while on the premises or during activities.
• I acknowledge that dance activities involve a risk of physical injury. While bAd takes every precaution to ensure safety, I agree to waive any claims against bAd, its staff, or affiliates for injuries incurred during participation in classes, performances, or other studio activities.

2. Health and Safety

• I agree to inform bAd of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect my child(ren)'s participation in classes.
• In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise bAd staff to seek necessary medical treatment for my child(ren). I understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.

3. Fee Policy

• I understand that class fees still need to be paid if my child is absent except in cases of medical circumstances where a doctor’s certificate is provided.
• I agree to pay all class fees no later than the final week of each term.

• I understand that a $20 late fee will be charged for payments not received by the due date. This late fee will recur monthly until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

5. Class Cancellations and Make-Up Classes

• I understand that bAd may cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness, extreme weather, or public health directives. bAd will make reasonable efforts to offer make-up classes or credit for cancelled sessions but cannot guarantee rescheduling for all missed classes.

6. Behaviour Expectations

• I agree to ensure that my child(ren) behaves respectfully toward bAd staff, students, and property. bAd reserves the right to remove any student from classes due to disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour without a refund.

7. Withdrawal Policy

• I agree to provide at notice if my child(ren) will be withdrawing from classes. Failure to provide notice will result in the remaining term fees being charged in full.

8. Communication

• I agree to keep my contact information up-to-date and to regularly check emails and messages from bAd for important updates about classes, fees, or events.

9. Media Consent

• I grant permission for my child(ren) to be photographed or videoed during bAd classes, performances, or other activities.
• I consent to the use of these images or videos for publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the bAd website.

10. Termination of Enrolment

• bAd reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment for failure to comply with the terms and conditions, including non-payment of fees, persistent disruption, or inappropriate behaviour by the student or their parent/guardian.
