Terms and Conditions

BROADLAND SCHOOL OF DANCE - Payment Policy

• Lessons are invoiced termly – 3 terms/year Spring, Summer, Autumn
• Missed lessons will not be deducted from the bill.
• 10% Discount only applies for Standing Order payments and only for students attending multiple classes and/or with siblings and only for invoices paid on 1
st of each month – discounts will be removed for late payments.
• Payment plans can be discussed on an individual basis with the principal if required. • Four weeks (term time) notice must be given & paid for if a student leaves the school. • All invoices will be sent via email.
• Fees can be paid online (BACS) or Stripe. We do not accept cash/cheques.
• Reminder emails will be sent if payments are not received by the due date stated on the invoice and any discounts will be removed.

Class Prices

30 minute class – £6 - £72/term (£5.40 with discount)
45 minute class – £6.50 - £78/term (£5.85 with discount) 60 minute class – £7.00 - £84/term (£6.30 with discount) Private Class 30 minutes – £17.50
Private Class 45 minutes – £28.75
Private Class 60 minutes – £35.00

Trial Prices

Broadland School of Dance offer trial class for £7 – to be paid online before attending your trial. This option is available for a total of three weeks, to be paid before attending – spaces permitting. If you do choose to continue with lessons we will invoice you for the remainder of the term.

Termination of Lessons

Once your trial period is over and you have committed to the rest of term, we will require 4 weeks (term time) notice if you wish to stop attending our classes. This is necessary so we are able to provide a reliable timetable for our students and offer any spaces to newcomers on the waiting list.

Standing Order payments

Standing Order payments allow students who attend multiple classes or who have siblings get a 10% discount on fees.
Payments are required on 1
st of each month to qualify for a discount as follows: Summer term (1st April/1st May/1st June/1st July)

Autumn Term (1st August/1st September/1st October/1st November) Spring Term (1st December/1st January/1st February/1st March)
