BullGnG Gymnastics Club – Terms and Conditions

By enrolling at BullGnG Gymnastics Club, I acknowledge and accept that gymnastics is a physically demanding activity with inherent risks. I confirm that I, or my child, am physically able to participate and understand that while the Club takes all reasonable precautions, injuries may occur. I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained and waive any claims against BullGnG Gymnastics Club, its staff, and directors. 1. General Information

• BullGnG Gymnastics Club (hereafter referred to as "the Club") operates in Leicester and provides gymnastics training for children, young athletes, and adults.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all members, parents, guardians, and adult participants associated with the Club.
• By enrolling in our programs via the Class Manager platform, you agree to abide by the following terms.

2. Membership and Fees

• Membership fees are due monthly and are calculated based on class hours per week, with the rates as follows:
  • 1 hour per week: £37 per month
  • 1.25 hours per week: £44 per month
  • 1.5 hours per week: £55.51 per month
  • 2 hours per week: £73.99 per month
• Payments must be made via Class Manager on or before the first of each month.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances (such as long-term illness or injury), which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Bank holidays and scheduled closures are accounted for in the pricing structure. No refunds will be given for classes missed due to bank holidays, as the annual cost is distributed evenly across 12 months.

3. Class Schedule and Holidays

• Classes are run throughout the year for 44 weeks, with the following holiday closures:
  • Christmas: Gym closes on 22nd December 2024 and reopens on 6th January 2025.
  • Easter: Gym closes on 13th April 2025 and reopens on 28th April 2025.
  • Summer: Gym closes on 13th July 2025 and reopens on 11th August 2025.
• Monday classes will be reduced or adjusted around bank holidays.
• The Club reserves the right to alter the timetable, coaching staff, or venues when necessary.

4. Attendance and Participation

• Members are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Parents/guardians and adult participants should notify the Club in advance of any absences.
• Gymnasts must wear appropriate attire (leotards, shorts, etc.) and remove any jewelry before class for safety reasons.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically fit and capable of participating in gymnastics activities. Adult participants are responsible for their own fitness to partake in the sessions.

5. Health and Safety

• All participants must complete a medical questionnaire before joining. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the Club.
• Participants with injuries or illnesses must inform the coach prior to class. If an injury or illness occurs during class, parents of minors or the adult participant will be informed immediately.
• BullGnG Gymnastics Club follows strict health and safety guidelines. However, gymnastics is a physically demanding activity, and by enrolling, you acknowledge the risk of injury.

6. Waiver of Liability

• BullGnG Gymnastics Club is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes or events. All reasonable measures will be taken to prevent accidents, but parents/guardians and adult participants assume full responsibility for participation.
• The Club does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

7. Code of Conduct

• All members, including children and adults, are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior towards other participants, staff, or coaches will not be tolerated.
• Parents/guardians and adult participants must treat staff and other members respectfully. Any concerns should be addressed privately with Club management.

8. Photo/Video Consent

• By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you give consent for the Club to take photos or videos of you or your child during classes or events, which may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).
• If you do not consent to this, please indicate so on the registration form or notify the Club in writing.

9. Adult Classes

• Adults participating in classes must adhere to the same health, safety, and conduct standards as younger members.
• Adult classes may be subject to different times and fees than children's classes, which will be communicated via the Class Manager platform.
• Adult participants are responsible for their own health and should consult a medical professional before starting if they have any concerns about physical activity.

10. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your membership, please provide 30 days' written notice via Class Manager. Any outstanding fees must be settled before cancellation is confirmed.
• The Club reserves the right to cancel membership at any time for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

• The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via Class Manager and to all members in advance.
