1. DATA COLLECTION C.LAB Dance collects personal information (names, contact details, medical alerts) solely for the purpose of safe class management and emergency communication. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

2. MEDIA CONSENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Recreational/Studio Classes: I grant C.LAB Dance permission to use photography and video of the participant for promotional purposes (social media, website, flyers).

• Opt-Out: Parents may opt-out of all media usage by providing a written request to the Director via email ([email protected])

3. SCHOOL UNIFORM PRIVACY (STRICT POLICY) C.LAB Dance maintains a high-standard privacy policy for all school-based programs. To protect student identity, we do not publish or share images or videos where a school uniform or school logo is identifiable.

4. STORAGE & SECURITY Your information is stored securely within our management software. You have the right to access or correct your personal information at any time by logging into your portal or contacting us directly.
