C. LAB Dance Terms & Conditions

1. LIABILITY WAIVER & PHYSICAL RISK I acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and participation involves inherent risks of injury. I represent that the participant is physically fit to participate and voluntarily assume all risks. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, C.LAB Dance and its instructors shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss of property sustained during classes or on the premises.

2. THE "PERFECT FIT" GUARANTEE (TRIAL POLICY) All students must register for the term to attend. We offer a "No-Risk" first lesson: if after the first class you feel it isn’t the right fit, notify us within 24 hours. We will cancel the enrolment and waive the fee for that session. Otherwise, the first lesson is included as part of the total Term fees.

3. TUITION & PAYMENTS Invoices are generated upon enrolment. Full payment is required by the end of Week 2 of the term. No refunds are provided for missed classes; however, a makeup class may be offered subject to availability.

4. MEDICAL EMERGENCY & FIRST AID I authorise C.LAB Dance staff to administer first aid or call an ambulance at my expense in an emergency. I agree to notify the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies (including anaphylaxis) prior to class.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT & SAFETY

• Drop-off/Pick-up: Parents must escort children to and from the building entrance.

• Nut-Aware: C.LAB is a nut-aware environment; no nut products are permitted in the studio.

• Respect: Disrespectful behaviour may result in cancellation of enrolment.
