- A students information will be kept for no longer than a week upon the student withdrawing from the school, so long as payments are up to date.
- A students details will be removed from the system if there has been a month, or longer, of inactivity and/or lack of attendance, unless in communications with staff about why. Communication, in the form of one email, shall be sent to make an effort to understand their absense, one week before their account is due to be deleted. After this time, they will need to re-enrol if they wish to begin attending again.
