Terms and Conditions

·       Invoices will be sent out before the term ends, and payment is required on or before the first class back at the start of term. Students will not be allowed to take part in class unless payment has been made.

·       No refunds will be made if a student no longer wishes to attend the remaining weeks of the term, unless it’s due to an injury and the student has been advised by a doctor they cannot take part in physical activity until the injury is healed.

·       We reserve the right to change class times and days due to unforeseen circumstances.

·       Examination entry is at the discretion of the Principal. Permission will be sought before a student is entered into an exam session. All students entered into examinations will be expected to attend extra coaching lessons and these will be charged for pro rata.

·       Uniform is compulsory for all classes. Students must be neatly groomed wearing correct uniform for every lesson. 

·       If classes are cancelled due to illness of teachers, bad weather global pandemics or circumstances out of our control, replacement classes may be held on different days and times or moved to online classes and no refunds will be given. 

·       A half term’s notice is required in writing, should a student wish to stop their classes.
