Clandon School of Dance will only use personal information if we have proper cause. This may include sharing with third parties for the purpose of entering children for examinations, obtaining performers license and participating in other dance-specific activities.

We hold your personal information for as long as a family member attends classes at Clandon School of Dance or as long as is set out in any relevant contract or agreement you hold with Clandon School of Dance.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
External organisations - we do not give out your information to any other organisation / school other than the aforementioned third party services.
Teachers - will be provided parent / guardian telephone numbers for use in an emergency, and necessary medical information.
Parents - will not be given information without your permission.
ACCESS AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
The accuracy of your information is important to us. You can access and change your details on the ClassManager Parent Portal.

SIGNING THE CONSENT FORM
By submitting your details and ticking the T&C / Policy box we assume consent to use the information for administrative purposes to enable us to provide you with the services you expect.
CHILDREN 13+ YEARS
For the entire time a child attends lessons at Clandon School of Dance, parental consent will always be asked to enter children for examinations, festivals or any other activity. Teachers will have initial discussions with children aged 13 years and over about any proposed dance activity they could undertake.
