Cobras Basketball Club: Membership and Data Protection

The club has a Data Privacy Policy which can be emailed to you upon request. A printed copy is also available to read at any of our sessions. Your data will be stored and used in accordance with this Policy. More information on Data Protection can be found at: Basketball England Data Protection
Membership Agreement
By registering:
Participation
- You agree to your child taking part in the activities of the Club (if registering on behalf of a child).
Health and Safety
- You agree to inform the coaches of any important changes to the member's health, medication, or needs.
- You agree to update the Club with any changes to your address or phone numbers provided.
- In the event of illness (if you have parental responsibility for the named child), you give permission for medical treatment to be administered where deemed necessary by a first aider or qualified medical practitioners.
- In an emergency, if you cannot be contacted, you authorise qualified medical practitioners to provide any necessary treatment or medication.
Season Fees
- Season fees are non-refundable.
- If you have requested payment in instalments, this constitutes a binding contract, and you are obligated to pay the full remaining balance of the season's fees even if you or your child leave the Club before the season concludes.

Sport can and does play a major role in promoting inclusion across all groups in society. By monitoring the profile of young people in sports clubs, we aim to address under-representation and ensure equal opportunities for all.
