Terms and Conditions
• Fees are charged by the Term and must be paid prior to your child’s first class of each term. Confetti Dance may exclude students whose fees are more than 3 weeks overdue and no communication received.
• Fees paid late (after payment date shown on invoice) will incur a $25.00 Late Fee
• Confetti Dance does not off refunds unless we have had to cancel a class or in particular circumstances that must be discussed with us prior to missing classes. Please note that refunds will not be offered for missing classes due to holidays as we will be reserving our place while you are gone.
• Payment Methods include: Bank Transfer or Cash.
• Free Trial: We offer an obligation-free trial for all our dancers to try out a class of their choosing. This is valid for new students only.

• Confetti Dance offers a 20% family discount for enrolling in 2 or more classes per term - this includes siblings or 1 student undertaking 2 or more classes.
• Make up classes are offered within the same term as the missed class. Please coordinate directly with Confetti dance to book.
• Your child's spot in their enrolled class will roll over from term to term, during the year of enrolment, unless you advise that you will not be returning the following term.
• Payment plans are available, please speak directly to Steph, owner of Confetti Dance.
PARENTS TO STAY FOR SOME CLASSES
I agree to remain and maintain responsibility for my Child all times before, during and after the class for the following classes:
• MUMMY AND ME (2 to 3½ year-olds)
• CONFETTI TRIAL CLASSES
• CONFETTI DANCE OPEN DAYS (generally last class of term)
• CONFETTI DANCE PRESENTATION DAYS
I also agree to remain and maintain responsibility for my Child all times before, during and after the class in the following circumstances:
• if my Child is upset, has separation issues, has a serious medical condition, or for any reason my Child needs parental support; and
• if there is no designated waiting area for parents at the venue.
CONFETTI DANCE TERM CLASSES (3½ and up)
Drop-off and start time I agree to:
• bring my Child into the classroom, and prepare them for the class (if necessary);
• ensure that I take my child over to the teacher and, if I am going to leave, make sure that the teacher acknowledges my child before I leave;
• notify the teacher if the child has any medical issues other than those previously provided in writing and known to the teacher;
• if possible, remain on the premises in the area designated by the teacher for parents;
• be available to the teacher in the case of an emergency
During Class
Confetti Dance suggests that You remain on the premises, just outside the classroom (or in an area designated by the teacher) during that class, to be present if your Child needs you (for example to go to the toilet), or in the case of any incident, e can call You into class immediately.
If You do not remain on the premises or just outside the classroom during the class, then You agree to:
• inform the teacher and ensure that the teacher has Your name, contact details and any applicable details in relation to Your Child’s medical conditions noted correctly on the roll;
• if Your Child requires to use the toilet during class, allow another parent to accompany and assist Your child. If this is not acceptable to You, then You must not leave the premises. If you arrange for someone other than You to collect Your child after class (Nominee), then You agree to:
• inform the teacher before the class begins;
• provide the teacher with full details of the person who will pick up Your child, including the person’s name, relationship to the child, emergency contact number;
• sign a record that these details are correct before leaving.
If there is a serious incident during class then We agree to notify you immediately on the Emergency contact number You have provided.
After Class
At the completion of class, the teacher will gather the children together.
You or Your Nominee agree to enter the classroom at the scheduled class completion time (or when called in by the teacher) and collect Your child from the teacher.
FEES
30 minute class - $14 when paid termly
45 minute class - $16 when paid termly
We do offer a 3 x trial pack for Mummy/Daddy and Me classes ($42) and 5 class pass for dancely classes to be used in the term of purchase.
