Terms and Conditions

Ballet is a physical activity with the risk of injury.  When enrolling at the Conservatory of Classical Ballet (CCB),  you release CCB from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred regardless of whether injuries were caused by negligence.  

You also give permission and consent for your child's image to be included in marketing brochures, flyers, video, printed or televised publicity, social media marketing (facebook, YouTube) and the web site for Conservatory of Classical Ballet, its programs and productions.  Furthermore, you release the Conservatory of Classical Ballet from any and all damages, liabilities and claims arising out of or relating to image of the student being used in CCB promotional materials and videos.
