   We collect personal information about your child, including but not limited to name, age, and contact details, date of birth, residential address solely for the purpose of processing your application and managing your child's participation in our programs.

   The information collected will be used to communicate important updates, including class schedules, timings, locations, venue details, and other relevant program information.

3. Confidentiality:
   We do not share, sell, or distribute your child’s personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Security:
   We implement appropriate measures to ensure that your information is kept secure and confidential.

By providing this information, you consent to the collection and use of the data as outlined above.

2. Cricket Now Photography & Media Consent and Release Policy

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the enrolled or trialled class participant, agree to the following terms regarding photography and media usage:

1. Consent to Photography and Videography:
   Permission is granted to CricketNow to photograph and video record your child during CricketNow Beginner training sessions, matches, and events.

2. Usage of Media:
   These images and videos may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, the Cricket Now website, flyers, and other marketing collateral.

3. Purpose of Use:
   The media will be used solely for the promotion and marketing of Cricket Now activities and programs.

4. Opt-Out Option:
   If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, you may opt out by providing a written notice to Cricket Now. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request.

5. No Compensation:
   You understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these photographs or videos.

6. Privacy:
   We will not disclose personal information such as names or contact details without further explicit consent.

Acknowledgement and Agreement
By clicking "I agree" or proceeding with registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted Cricket Now’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Photography & Media Consent Policy. These policies apply equally to both enrolled participants and trial players. You also acknowledge that this agreement is entered into voluntarily, and that you are not under any form of pressure, misrepresentation, or undue influence. Cricket Now reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Continued participation following any updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
