Dance Design School of Performing Arts Terms and Conditions

  1. Enrollment and Registration:


    1.1. By enrolling in classes or activities offered by Dance Design School of Performing Arts, the student (or parent/guardian if the student is a minor) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.


    1.2. All students must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.


    1.3. Dance class placements are subject to availability and instructor approval.


  2. Payment:


    2.1. Tuition fees and payment schedules will be outlined in Dance Design School of Performing Arts' official fee structure.


    2.2. Payment is due by the specified due dates, and non-payment may result in the termination of enrollment.


    2.3. All payments made to Dance Design School of Performing Arts are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of course cancellation by the Dance School.


  3. Attendance and Punctuality:


    3.1. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected from all students to maximize learning and ensure the safety of all participants.


    3.2. If a student is unable to attend a class, they should notify Dance Design School of Performing Arts in advance if possible.


  4. Code of Conduct:


    4.1. All students must adhere to Dance Design School of Performing Arts' code of conduct, which includes respect for instructors, fellow students, and Dance School property.


    4.2. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from Dance Design School of Performing Arts without a refund.


  5. Safety and Liability:


    5.1. Dance is a physical activity, and students participate at their own risk.


    5.2. Students or parents/guardians are responsible for informing Dance Design School of Performing Arts of any health conditions or injuries that may impact their participation.


    5.3. Dance Design School of Performing Arts will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of students, but it cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained during classes or activities.


  6. Photography and Videography:


    6.1. Dance Design School of Performing Arts may occasionally take photographs or videos of students for promotional purposes. Dance Design School of Performing Arts will seek permission from parents/guardians before using images of minors.


    6.2. Students or parents/guardians may request in writing not to be included in any promotional materials.


  7. Class Cancellation and Changes:


    7.1. Dance Design School of Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes as necessary.


    7.2. In the event of a class cancellation, Dance Design School of Performing Arts will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or issue a refund for the missed class.


  8. Communication:


    8.1. Dance Design School of Performing Arts will primarily communicate with students and parents/guardians through email or other designated communication channels.


    8.2. It is the student or parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure that they receive and read all communications from Dance Design School of Performing Arts.


  9. Termination:


    9.1. Dance Design School of Performing Arts reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for reasons, including but not limited to, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, or violations of the code of conduct.


  10. Updates to Terms and Conditions:


    10.1. Dance Design School of Performing Arts may update these terms and conditions as needed. Updated terms will be communicated to all students and parents/guardians.

By enrolling in classes or activities offered by Dance Design School of Performing Arts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
