Agreement to Dance Dynamics Policy:
I Agreement to Dance Dynamics Policy: I understand and agree to comply with the information and policies. I will not hold Dance Dynamics Studios LLC, its owners or any of its employees responsible for any personal injury or property loss.
I authorize Dance Dynamics Studios LLC, to use me/my child's picture and video for any promotional purposes such as newspaper ad, website, Facebook, social media, Instagram, flyers, etc.
Class uniforms and required dance shoes are mandatory for all full-season classes.
Tuition:
Full-season Payment Policies (September through May)
Tuition is based on a yearly tuition divided into nine equally monthly payments(September through May). The first payment with the registration fee is due when registering for the season. Additional monthly payments are due on the first of each month.
All accounts are on auto-pay. (Please make sure to set this up when making the first payment) However, payments not received by the 10th of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee. If any account is not paid by the 10th of the month, the account will automatically be charged to the credit/debit card account on file with the additional $15.00 late fee. All accounts are required to have a current credit card on file.
A recital fee of $25.00 per family is due Nov. 1st (to offset recital expenses). Costume payments are $75.00 per costume for Dazzling Dancers 1 and 2, Little Limelights, and Funky Tumblers. $85 per costume for Diva and classes for children ages 9 and up are due Dec.1st. Tights will also need to be purchased for 45-minute classes for dancers 10+ classes.
Recital tickets can be purchased in the Spring at an additional fee.

If any account has an outstanding balance over 30 days, students will not be accepted to participate in class until payment is made. Any student who has an outstanding balance will not receive costumes or be able to participate in the annual recital if accounts are not paid in full before recital.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 Bank Fee.
No refunds on paid tuition. Tuition will not be refunded, credited, pro-rated, or transferred for unattended or withdrawn from classes after classes have begun.
Class schedules are subject to change, and we reserve the right at any time to cancel class if enrollment falls below 4 students. If we continue a class that falls below the 4 student we reserve the right to adjust the payment and/or time accordingly. We will not prorate for missed classes.
Classes canceled due to inclement weather or any other reasons will be rescheduled or held Virtual. Dance Dynamics reserves the right to transition classes to Zoom under the circumstances of mandated business closer. If such circumstances occur, the no refund policy remains. Classes would continue to occur as scheduled, simply in a virtual setting.
Session classes: One-time payment for the session is due when registering. No costume or registration fee is required. Enrollment for the next session is automatic unless you opt-out in writing. A reminder email will be sent during week 8 of the session.
