Dance Evolution Studios Terms and Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before registering with Dance Evolution Studios operated by Anna Stuart Dance Ltd. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 

By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

 

 

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless DEVOS, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant/s and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of DEVOS, its owners and operators or traveling to or from studio premises. Students are to be dropped off to, and collected from, the premises.

 

 

Medical Emergency

I give permission to DEVOS and its owner/staff to seek medical treatment for the student/s enrolled, in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. 

I have declared any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant/s to be in good physical and mental health.

 

 

Refunds / Cancellations Policy

I am aware that there are no refunds for classes missed, unless due to medical reasons (and with a medical certificate), and that there are no refunds for withdrawal during a term.

 

 

Payment Policy

I understand that preschool and adult classes are cash only, pay as you go and all other classes are term payments. DEVOS reserves the right to release students from the roll that do not pay their fees prior to the first week of term, unless they have made alternative arrangements.

I understand that classes may continue during some public holidays and are accounted for within the fee structure.

 

I have read and agree with Dance Evolution Studios Privacy Policy.
