Payment Terms and Conditions
• You will receive an invoice for the upcoming month via email on the 25th of the month and fees are due on the 1st. Payment is collected through “Gocardless”.

• As classes are becoming full, payment of your fees secures your place at Dance Fusion for that term.

• Students commit to attend a term and this term is paid for in monthly instalments. Therefore, if you decide to leave you must give a terms notice to surrender your place. If you decide to leave mid term, the remainder of that term must be paid for.

• There will be no refunds in cases of missed classes and months must be paid for in full. If classes are cancelled for reasons out of Dance Fusion’s control, i.e. act of god, no refunds will be given.

• If fees cannot be collected by “GoCardless" a £5 admin fee is due per week that it is overdue.

• You can view our term dates on our website.

• If you decide to try a new subject, you may pay just for that lesson. On your second lesson, you must pay for the remainder of the month. This applies to all new starters.

• Upon joining Dance Fusion, you must complete registration via our website. By joining Dance Fusion, you agree to our terms.

• In the case of a lockdown, classes will take place online according to the current scheduled timetable. Therefore no refunds will be given.

Health and Safety Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that correct uniform and footwear is worn for each subject.

Hair must be worn in a bun for ballet, tap and theatre craft and no jewellery is to be worn for classes.

Pupils must be picked up from inside the premises and a letter must accompany any other arrangements from the parents or carers. * exception made for covid terms outlined by DF

Any valuables left on the property are pupils and parents responsibility and not that of Dance Fusion.

Parents/ carers cannot wait in the studio whilst classes are in progress.

You must update any changes to your contact information provided on your child’s registration via your class manager online portal.

You must inform us immediately if your child or someone they have had close contact with displays any symptoms of covid.
