Terms and conditions.

Dance Fuzion staff pride ourselves on creating a friendly caring environment for our pupils to learn and flourish within. We aim to help develop dance skills, confidence, social skills, improve fitness levels and have fun.

We at Dance Fuzion endeavour to bring the best quality of teaching to our pupils as well as making class an enjoyable experience. We aim to nurture our pupils and help them flourish. We aim to treat all pupils with equality and respect. We also encourage pupils to treat each other with the same qualities. Bullying will not be tolerated and if you have any concerns please speak to a member of staff.

FEE PAYMENT SYSTEM

Term fees are split into 12 equal monthly payments (This will be adjusted depending on what month you join Dance Fuzion)throughout the year. Fees are due on the first of each month via standing order. YOU ARE SIGNING TO AGREE TO THIS PAYMENT METHOD. LATE PAYMENT MAY CAUSE PUPILS TO BE REFUSED ENTRY TO THEIR CLASS.

A late payment/admin fee of £5.00 per genre for any payments made later than this date.

PLEASE NOTE AS THE YEARLY PAYMENT IS WORKED OUT AND DIVIDED OVER THE WHOLE YEAR YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT EACH MONTH EVEN THROUGH HOLIDAY PERIODS INCLUDING THE MONTH AUGUST.

LEAVING US

If you are leaving us for pastures new. One months payment is due in settlement of your fees. (Eg leaving us in April, Mays fees will till be due).

MISSED TERMLY CLASSES

Classes that have been paid for through the above system but have been missed by the pupil for whatever reason can be, by prior arrangement with Dance Fuzion staff "made up" by attending another suitable class on our time table.

FEES REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT OUR POLICY TO REFUND ANY AMOUNT REMAINING WITHIN THE MONTH IF YOU DECIDE TO NO LONGER ATTEND CLASS.

Refunds or carrying classes over to the next term will not be given unless the class is cancelled by Dance Fuzion.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Please note that private lesson pupils must give Dance Fuzion 24 hours notice of cancellations or lesson will be charged for in full. Private lessons must be paid for either at the time of the lesson or in advance.

DISPLAYS AND SHOWCASES

We are often invited to take part in/ perform at events in our local area as well as taking recognised examinations within the dance sector.

On such occasions a letter will be given to the relevant pupils. It is by no means compulsory to take part, however if you choose to do so 100% commitment is expected from the pupil.

At times further financial commitment is required when taking part in shows and displays or examinations to cover staffing, costumes, extra classes etc . Please take this into consideration before signing up to any of the above.

Dance Fuzion uniform Dance Fuzion T-shirt or hoody, along with either Dance Fuzion joggers or plain black joggers are to be worn to and from events where you/your child is representing Dance Fuzion.

UNIFORM

Each class has a set uniform and we would expect the uniform to be worn for class and any displays etc representing Dance Fuzion. If you are unsure of the uniform for class please ask a member of staff.

BALLET. Long hair must be worn in a bun, shorter hair is to be pulled back off the face with a hair band. Boys. Hair is to be neatly styled.

All other Genres. Hair to be neatly tied back.

JEWELLERY

Stud earrings may be worn to class but no drop/hoop earrings. All other jewellery must be removed for health and safety reasons. If Jewellery is for medical or religious reasons please make staff aware.

FOOTWEAR

NO OUTDOOR FOOT WEAR IS TO BE WORN IN THE STUDIO

STREET DANCE - black jazz shoes

Ballet - females, pink leather ballet shoes

Males, black leather ballet shoes

Tap - please ask your teacher

Musical theatre- black jazz shoes .

PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT

Our enrolment forms ask for this as we regularly take photographs/videos for promotional purposes including social media etc.

Please note Dance Fuzion can not be responsible for members of the public taking photos and videos when performing in displays outside of our control.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Our enrolment forms ask for this to enable staff to be aware of any medical issues relating to our pupils and have knowledge of appropriate actions.

PUPILS OF 5yrs AND UNDER

We ask parents with young children to stay within the building (excludes workshop)

In normal CIRCUMSTANCES staff would prefer that parents/guardians took children to the toilet.

We will only use your data for the period you attend Dance Fuzion

We will only use your data to contact you regarding Dance Fuzion matters

Kept safe and secure.

Will not be passed on to any third party
