Terms and Conditions

Fees and Payment Terms

Class fees are charged per term, with the option of a monthly instalment plan available for some classes. Please note that although fees may be paid monthly, you are committing to the entire term, and full term fees remain payable regardless of the chosen payment method. Joining class part way through term after your trial is also subject to the above.

This excludes specific course packages and 1:1 tuition, which are invoiced separately and payable in full as stated.
All class fees must be paid at least one week before the start of each new course or term. This secures your/your child’s place in the class and ensures that existing pupils are given priority over new applicants. As we operate with a limited number of students per class, timely payment is essential to maintain class sizes and continuity.

Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to illness, holiday, or other absences.General Release and Waiver of Liability

I understand that participation in physical activities such as dance carries a risk of injury. By signing up for classes or performances with Dance Majic, I agree to assume all such risks on behalf of myself and/or my child.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Dance Majic, its teachers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in classes, rehearsals, or performances. This release covers all activities conducted by Dance Majic, whether on or off premises.
