Terms and Conditions

Class Fees are due per term, with a monthly instalment plan for some classes (this excludes specific course packages or 1:1 tuition which is due on invoice).  No refunds can be given for sickness, holiday or other absences.  Classes need to be paid a minimum of 1 week in advance of each new course/term starting.  This is to reserve you/your child's space to ensure existing pupils are offered places before new entrants and holding a limited number of students per class.

General Release Form Being aware that there is risk of injury involved whenever adults or children are involved in physical activity. I agree and release and hold Dance Majic*, or any of their teachers harmless for any damage or physical injury while myself (or my child) is involved at Dance Majic* for classes or performances. I accept the risk and agree to hold Dance Majic* or any of their teachers harmless from all responsibility for damages or physical injury during classes or performances.
