Terms and Conditions

Dance with Sonia Brown Terms and Conditions:

• Class fees are payable one term in advance and should be paid in full by the invoice due date to avoid incurring a Late Fee (7 days before the start of term).

• After your successful trial class, you automatically become a member of 'Dance with Sonia Brown' and will be invoiced for the remaining weeks of term.

• When a new term begins, the term in its entirety must be paid for. Once a member and returning for a new term, you cannot join late in a term and only pay for the remaining classes.

• Personal holiday or absence for any reason (unfortunately including illness) during term time is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

• No refunds can be given whereby the fault is not of Dance with Sonia Brown.

• In the event that Sonia is unable to run a scheduled class, a substitute teacher will be arranged. If this is not possible and the class has to be cancelled, the class fee will be carried over to the next term as credit.

• Whereby an invoice has not been paid by it’s due date, a late payment charge of 3% will be automatically added to your invoice.

• If you no longer wish to attend classes or need to miss a term, a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the start of term must be given via email.  Failure to give notice will result in a charge of £8 and £8 per missed class after this 7-day notice period.

• If you decide to take a break for a term, your space will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. If you plan on returning you will have to join the waiting list. Your space cannot be reserved without class payment.

• Dance with Sonia Brown are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is available from our website.

• Dance with Sonia Brown reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
