Dansation are fully committed to ensure a safe environment for our students, parents, staff and any volunteer associated with our school. We strive on promoting the well-being of any persons related to our school and will do everything to create a safe, friendly, warm environment within our Dansation family. The ability to run our school at the highest form will mean that the code of conduct is adhered to  and respected at all times. 

STUDENTS CODE OF CONDUCT

• Teachers/staff and any decisions must be respected at all times and rules followed
• Respect all students- bullying or distractions during class will not be tolerated 
• Be polite and show good manners
• Respect the use of all equipment
• Ensure to tell the teacher before class if you have an injury/illness that may not allow full involvement
• Wear the correct uniform/appropriate clothing and footwear to classes ensuring all items are clearly labelled with your name
• Hair must be neatly tied back
• No body jewellery
• Students must inform the teacher immediately if they feel unwell during class or sustain an injury
• Bring water to class at all times. no fizzy drinks
• All valuables must be left at home. Dansation will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items
• Please turn up to class with a smile!!

  PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
• Encourage your child to read and follow the rules
• Please ensure all students are dropped off and collected at the appropriate times with the correct uniform and footwear
• Establish good relations with your class teacher. Any concerns must be raised by contacting [email protected]
•  Cancellation policy must be adhered to with the correct 1 month notice given
•  Pay fees on time. Late fees will result in a charge and may risk your child losing their place in class
• No refunds will be given for holidays out with our holiday calendar
• Please get in touch if students are absent for a long length of time with injury or illness

Finally, we are a well respected dance school in which we create a wonderful environment within our school. We are extremely proud of every single one of our students and will continue to excel in our teaching/training to allow us to give them the best dancing experience.
