Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment:
  1.1. By enrolling in Danspiration School of Dance, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
  1.2. Enrolment is open to individuals of all ages, subject to availability and suitability for the chosen class.

2. Fees and Payments:
  2.1. Tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes.
  2.2. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Danspiration School of Dance, and a late fee will be applied if any payments are late.

3. Attendance and Punctuality:
  3.1. Regular attendance is essential for progress and participation in performances.
  3.2. Students are expected to arrive on time for all classes. Latecomers may be denied entry to the class at the discretion of the instructor.

4. Code of Conduct:
  4.1. Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students is paramount.
  4.2. Any form of disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, or violence, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the school without refund.

5. Dress Code:
  5.1. Appropriate dance attire and footwear must be worn in all classes.
  5.2. Students are required to adhere to the dress code specified for each class.
  5.3. After one month of attending classes, students must purchase and wear the correct uniform as specified by Danspiration School of Dance.

6. Health and Safety:
  6.1. Danspiration School of Dance prioritizes the safety and well-being of its students.
  6.2. Students must inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in classes.

7. Photography and Videography:
  7.1. Danspiration School of Dance may photograph or record classes and performances for promotional purposes.
  7.2. By enrolling, students grant Danspiration School of Dance permission to use their likeness in promotional materials.

8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities (for minors):
  8.1. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's punctuality and attendance.
  8.2. Parents/guardians must inform the school of any changes to contact information or emergency contacts.

9. Class Cancellations and Changes:
   9.1. Danspiration School of Dance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
   9.2. In the event of a cancellation, efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

10. Liability Waiver:
   10.1. Danspiration School of Dance is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

11. Amendments:
   11.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Danspiration School of Dance. Any amendments will be communicated to enrolled students in a timely manner.
